Design-build is an integrated approach that provides design and construction services under one contract with a single point of responsibility; thus shortening the project delivery time. Our collaborative team of architects, engineers, construction managers and supervisors are experts in their disciplines; providing a faster & efficient design-build process.
We utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) to generate virtually realistic 3-D construction documents that are shared and coordinated with all construction trades. This allows for construction conflict resolutions to be solved prior to the actual construction; thus saving time & costly Change Order Work. We are thereby able to make changes expeditiously at any stage of the project; thus delivering a product within tight time and budget constraints.
